On April 3, 2011, thousands of enraged women and men of Toronto rallied the streets to take a stand against Toronto Police, who announced earlier this year that women could reduce their risk of sexual assault by not dressing like 'sluts'. SlutWalk is coming to Calgary and I'll be there, because when I walk down the street in a skirt and heels, I know I'm not ASKING to be raped. No one asks for it, and I hope to raise awareness and unite Canadians for all the victims of sexual assault.
